1. NO RETURN POLICY. Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot accept returns. Please review our complete Purchase Terms here.

2. ORDER REVIEW. When you place your order your payment will be pre-authorized. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will review each order before finalizing the payment.

  • A CSR MUST be able to speak with you within 5 days to confirm the details before finalizing your payment and completing your order.
  • You can call 1-877-947-7769 during business hours to review your order once submitted online.
  • Unconfirmed orders will not be processed.
  • Make sure you have provided the best phone number where you can be reached.
  • For Trus-T-Lifts that ship from Canada into US, our CSR will request your EIN or Social Security number for customs documents.

3. LEAD TIMESSPECIAL NOTICE: Please click here for notices on the current global situation and how it may affect lead times.  Lead times listed online are approximate and may be affected by chosen options. Wheelchair Lifts require you to sign a submittal form, which will be sent you after order is finalized. Estimated lead times are based on the date that we receive this back from you.
Also, if a color upgrade (any color other than white) is chosen this extends your lead time.

4. REGIONAL CODE REQUIREMENTS. For Wheelchair Lifts, customers are responsible for confirming with local authorized building inspector or permit office to ensure the lift purchased will comply with state and/or regional safety/building regulatory requirements. Our suggested options are based on information gathered over time, but we cannot confirm the most up to date requirements. REMEMBER, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
